Can you image an
underwater video camera housing that is so small it can be held in
one hand? With the introduction of the Sony IP-220 video camera,
we just had to make a housing for it.
The compact size of the IP-220 video
housing and camera is convenient for handling on a busy dive boat or
packing for your vacation to an exotic destination.
The standard controls for the Sony IP-220 housing include Power
On/Photo button, Stop/Start Recording, Zoom Telephoto, Zoom Wide and
Auto Focus. A manual control mode switch on the top of the
housing allows the photographer to switch between camera (video),
memory (still camera using the "memory stick"), or turning the power
completely off.
An internal color correcting flip
filter is standard on this housing.
Optional lights can be connected to the housing using the
mounting dovetail on the bottom of the housing.
